Saturday Kitchen with Oti!

Olly was back in the Saturday Kitchen last Saturday morning pairing the drinks for some delicious dishes from chefs Theo Randall, celebrating his 50th appearance!, newbie Gemma Ogston and special guest Oti Mabuse and Matt at the helm.

Here are Olly’s drinks pairings in case you missed them….

To go with Theo’s Meatballs in tomato sauce with burrata and crostini, Olly paired Specially Selected Castellore Italian Aglianico Del Vulture 2019 from Aldi (£7.99).

To go with Gemma’s Cauliflower tacos with spicy slaw and pineapple salsa, Olly poured a glass of Northern Monk Holy Faith Hazy Pale Ale from Morrisons (£1.80).

Oti enjoyed her HEAVENly dish of Sweet potato tian with harissa-roasted mackerel and chermoula dressing with a glass of AMANDLA ‘Our Future’ Sauvignon Blanc 2022 from Sainsbury’s (£9).
