Happy New Year! Olly was back in the Saturday Kitchen studio at the weekend, serving up the drinks from his trolley for Matt, chefs Adam Smith and Mandy Yin, and special guest, dancing queen, Shirley Ballas!

To go with Adam’s Roasted cod, Olly poured Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Petit Chablis, from £13.

To go with Mandy’s Malaysian feast, Olly picked Loved & Found Viorica from Waitrose, £9.50.

To go with Shirley’s Heaven of Filet steak, Olly picked Artan Reserve Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon, from Co-op, £12.15.

To go with Shirley’s Hell of Oxtail risotto, Olly would have poured a glass of Villa Nardell Cuvee Carolina, from Co-op, £11.25.
