Olly was back in the Saturday Kitchen for an Easter special with the amazing Anna Haugh at the helm and chefs Niklas Ekstedt and Sabrina Ghayour cooking up some delicious Easter dishes. They were joined by special guest Rachael Stirling.

With Sabrina’s Spiced butterflied lamb leg (or “luxury filth”), a great feast for Easter Sunday, Olly recommends enjoying with Kanonkop Kadette Cape Blend (£11, Tesco).

Niklas served up a Swedish classic, Gravadlax, which Olly suggests breaking out the bubbles for with No.1 Castillo Perelada Cava Brut (£10.79), Waitrose

With Rachael’s Food Heaven: Seabass cooked in burnt butter with crispy potato scales and samphire, Lidl’s Gavi 2020 (£6.99).
