Ching served Steamed Sichuan sea bass in a fragrant spicy sauce with which Olly recommends enjoying with a glass of Taste The Difference Pinot Gris 2020 (£9, Sainsbury’s)
Rick got his food HEAVEN of Marinated cod with jalfrezi sauce, raita and saag aloo. Olly paired this with Aldi’s Rheinbacher Wheat Beer (£1.25).
