Olly was back in the Saturday Kitchen studio last weekend with his drinks trolley! He paired the drinks for Matt, chefs Nisha Katona and Sertaç Dirik and guest Robson Green!

Here are Olly’s drinks pairings in case you missed them…

To go with Nisha’s Butter Paneer, Olly poured Aldi’s Specially Selected French Roussanne 2021 (£7.99).

Virgin Pina Passion Colada

120ml Pineapple Juice
60ml Passion Fruit Juice
45 ml Coconut Cream
7.5 ml Fresh Lime Juice
40g Tinned Pineapple
Handful of crushed ice

Warm the tin of coconut cream before use and shake well. Add all of the ingredients to a blender cup and blend to smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish.
