I’ve always been a huge advocate for Greek vino and for this week’s Hot Bottle, I couldn’t resist reminding you of one of my favourite whites packed with sunny splendour:
This treat of a wine is well worth savouring and sharing every drop between friends. Peaches wreathed in jasmine with cool fragrance and packed with golden vitality, this is a bottle I buy myself to share with friends for a special occasion. Amazing as an aperitif and stellar with shellfish, this is the perfect wine for a big night in. And a real glimpse of a grape unique to Greece – Malagousia – which has a massive future ahead.
