Jean-Fritz Jülg Gewürztraminer

This is well worth pushing the boat out for. It’s been a while since I recommended a Gewürztraminer as so many of them feel like cannons firing lychees through a perfume counter, but this organic example is delightfully different. Lean, clean and polished with pristine freshness, it’s electrifyingly zesty with a scented spark of bright ginger. Just the ticket for fragrant autumnal sipping and also pairs sublimely with hoisin duck.
