Heron’s Ghyll Sparkling

I’m delighted to bring you a jolly fizz from down the road for my Hot Bottle this week.

This remarkably fruity Sussex sparkler has been aging since 2009 and blended from Reichensteiner and Schonburger it’s heaped with sherbet vibrancy to pair with your smoked salmon – or with sushi and sashimi.
