When Saturday Kitchen broke up for the summer hols, this impeccably focussed rosé was what I raised in my glass in the Green Room after the last live show. A canny red and white blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Vermentino made by the same family who own prestigious Château Beaucastel, this silky summery rosé is polished and pristine with inviting crisp fruitiness and ludicrous levels of quenching delight. A triumphant team effort!
