Château Roquefeuille Provence St Victoire Rosé
This stood out from the summery crowd at this week’s Tesco press tasting with soaring character.
Memorably delicious, it’s a rosé with depth, intensity and lasting flavour. I was captivated by its touch of herby flair and glossy polish. Spot on for the warm weather and well worth stocking up on offer. (For fellow wine nerds, the blend is 41% Cinsault, 25% Grenache, 17% Rolle, 8% Ugni Blanc and 9% Semillon, night harvested and kept cool and fresh before pressing within
two to three hours).
