Olly was in the Saturday Kitchen last Saturday 13th November with Matt and an amazing chefs line up of Anna Haugh, Selin Kiazim and the legend that is Rick Stein!
In a twist on Heaven and Hell, this week Matt was challenged to cook one of Rick’s dishes (in front of Rick!!). Viewers picked the Braised pork belly with which Olly paired Summer Road Old Vine Grenache 2020 from Waitrose (£8.49).
With Rick’s other dish of Squid and potato stew, Olly would have pairedwith Villa Blanche Terret Blanc 2020 from Waitrose (£6.49).
