Olly was back in the Saturday Kitchen last Saturday with Matt, chefs Anna Waugh and Sophie Wyburd and special guest Richard Osman!

Here are Olly’s delicious drinks pairings in case you missed them…..

To pair with Anna’s Rosemary pork chops, Olly paired Terre di Faiano Nero di Troia 2022

To pair with Sophie’s Beef Pie, Olly paired Agenda Dão 2021 from Majestic (from £9.99)

To go with Richard’s heaven, Cacio e Pepe, Olly poured a glass of Finest Gavi 2023 from Tesco (£10)

To wash down Richard’s food hell of Posh Fried Chicken, Olly would have served a glass of La Gioiosa Rosé Millesimato Prosecco from Tesco (£10)

And to celebrate the success of Richard’s latest book ‘We Solve Murders‘ (which includes a wine tip from Olly!), Matt made a Sautéed monkfish and Olly paired a top example of the wine mentioned in the book, Yapp’s Tavel Rosé La Forcadiere 2022 (£16.95)!
