This brand new bubbly is 100% Chardonnay sourced from prestigious Grands and Premiers Crus from the 2018 vintage which was exceptional.
With immensely silky texture embracing Ayala’s vibrant house style, this has nuances of jasmine, orange zest and the overall impression is as focussed and pure as a chalky moonbeam.
From an early harvest, this first vintage edition of A/18 blends six special crus from Chouilly, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Bisseuil and Cuis and over six years of ageing is laced with touches of moreish apple and elderflower. It’s a scrumptious splash out livener for an early Easter treat.
